Mr. Dolney represents the firm's banking institutions and corporate clients in commercial loan disputes, replevin cases, and complex commercial matters.  He also handles collection of high dollar secured and unsecured debt.

Community Involvement

Mr. Dolney is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, and the Orange County Bar Association.  He currently serves as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem to at-risk children in the Orlando area.
