Roberto Santoni is active in the firm's Bankruptcy practice group, representing banking institutions, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.  Mr. Santoni is also experienced and knowledgeable in replevin and foreclosure actions, commercial litigation, and construction law matters.

Mr. Santoni is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, active in its Young Lawyer's Section, in addition to being a member of the Hispanic Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.  As a native Spanish speaker, Mr. Santoni has provided pro se legal services to members of the Hispanic community of Central Florida.
