Focus of Practice
Ed Alexander currently practices in the areas of corporate, commercial business, and securities matters. Mr. Alexander handles franchising and technology, and intellectual property licensing. He represents companies and individuals in negotiating and drafting of business contracts. In addition, he counsels clients during the various stages of forming and continuing their enterprises. Mr. Alexander represents virtually every type of business entity with any transactional or corporate issue that arises.

Community Involvement
Mr. Alexander serves on the Board of Directors of the Small Business Chapter of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Central Florida School of Business, teaching New Venture Finance.
